Code of Conduct

Levarus Solutions Private Limited ("Levarus," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to conducting business with the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and respect. This Code of Conduct ("Code") outlines the principles that guide how we engage with clients, partners (including Salesforce, Oracle, and SAP), employees, vendors, and visitors to www.levarusforce.com (the "Site").

This Code applies to all Levarus employees, contractors, consultants, and representatives across our offices in India, the UAE, the USA, and Canada, as well as to anyone interacting with us through the Site.

1. Integrity and Honesty

We conduct our business honestly and transparently. We do not engage in misrepresentation of our capabilities, certifications, partner status (including our Salesforce Summit/Platinum Partner status, Oracle FLEXCUBE credentials, or SAP partnerships), or the scope of services we can deliver. All proposals, quotations, and statements made to clients and prospects are made in good faith and to the best of our knowledge.

2. Respect and Non-Discrimination

We treat all clients, partners, employees, and visitors with respect and dignity. Levarus does not tolerate discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, religion, gender, age, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic, in any of our offices or in our interactions with clients and partners.

3. Confidentiality and Data Protection

We recognize that our work — particularly in banking, government, and healthcare engagements — involves sensitive client and business data. We are committed to:

  • Protecting confidential client information shared during proposals, implementations, and support engagements.

  • Using personal and business data only for the purposes for which it was collected, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

  • Limiting access to sensitive data to personnel who require it to perform their roles.

  • Complying with applicable data protection regulations in each jurisdiction in which we operate.

4. Conflicts of Interest

Levarus employees and representatives are expected to avoid situations where personal interests could conflict, or appear to conflict, with the interests of our clients, partners, or the company. Any potential conflict of interest must be disclosed to management promptly.

5. Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption

Levarus strictly prohibits bribery, kickbacks, or any form of corrupt practice in connection with the solicitation or performance of business, whether involving government officials, private clients, or partners. This applies across all jurisdictions in which we operate, including engagements involving government and public sector clients.

6. Fair Competition

We compete for business fairly and ethically. We do not engage in deceptive practices, disparagement of competitors based on false information, or improper use of confidential information obtained from former employers or third parties.

7. Compliance with Laws and Partner Standards

We are committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate, as well as the partner program requirements, codes of conduct, and certification standards set by Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, and other technology partners whose products we implement.

8. Quality and Professionalism in Delivery

As an ISO-aligned consulting organization, we are committed to:

  • Delivering Salesforce implementation, support, and licensing services with appropriately certified resources.

  • Maintaining transparent, timely communication with clients throughout proposal, implementation, and post-go-live support phases.

  • Standing behind the commitments made in signed Statements of Work and Master Service Agreements.

9. Workplace Standards

Levarus is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and professional working environment across all our offices. We do not tolerate workplace harassment, intimidation, or unsafe working conditions, and we encourage employees to report concerns through appropriate internal channels.

10. Reporting Concerns

Anyone who believes that Levarus, its employees, or representatives have acted in a manner inconsistent with this Code is encouraged to report their concerns to us using the contact details below. All reports will be treated with appropriate confidentiality and investigated in good faith.

11. Updates to This Code

We may update this Code of Conduct from time to time to reflect evolving business practices, legal requirements, or partner standards. The latest version will always be available on this page.
