These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.levarusforce.com (the "Site"), owned and operated by Levarus Solutions Private Limited, an unit of Levarus Solutions Private Limited ("Levarus," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
 

1. Eligibility

The Site is intended for business users, prospective clients, partners, and other professionals seeking information about Levarus's Salesforce implementation, support, licensing, and consulting Services. By using the Site, you represent that you have the legal authority and capacity to enter into these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the organization you represent.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, related systems, or networks.

  • Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract content from the Site without our prior written consent.

  • Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code to the Site.

  • Impersonate Levarus, its employees, or any other person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

  • Use the Site to transmit unsolicited advertising, spam, or any unlawful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content.

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written permission.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the "Levarus" name and branding, product descriptions, case studies, images, and the overall look and feel of the Site — is the property of Levarus Solutions Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing on the Site should be construed as granting any licence or right to use any trademark or content without our prior written permission, except as necessary to view the Site for its intended informational purpose.

Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Tableau, Finance Cloud, Slack, Sales Cloud, Agentforce, and related marks are trademarks of Salesforce, Inc. Oracle FLEXCUBE and SAP marks belong to their respective owners. Use of these marks on the Site is descriptive and does not imply ownership by Levarus.

4. Submitted Information and Inquiries

Any information you submit through contact forms, demo requests, or RFP/RFI inquiries on the Site will be used by Levarus in accordance with our Privacy Policy to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to prepare proposals or quotations. Submission of an inquiry does not create a contractual relationship between you and Levarus; any engagement will be subject to a separate signed agreement.

5. No Offer or Solicitation

Content on the Site, including descriptions of Services, pricing examples, partner tiers, or case studies, is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer, quotation, or solicitation to provide Services in any jurisdiction where such an offer would be unlawful. Formal pricing and scope are provided only through a signed proposal, Statement of Work, or contract.

6. Third-Party Links and Platforms

The Site is built and hosted using the Wix platform and may link to third-party sites such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Levarus does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked third-party sites.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Levarus disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, regarding the Site and its content. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Levarus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Levarus, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, except where mandatorily overridden by local consumer protection law applicable to a specific Levarus branch entity (UAE, USA, or Canada) in respect of clients contracting with that entity.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
